Shown here in a no-nonsense configuration built for the US Navy, the 52 Fearless can be fully customized for a wide range of missions including border protection, port security, drug interdiction, and gunship operations. 100% digitally designed, router-cut, and precision crafted from plates of 5086 aluminum alloy, Metal Shark’s fully-welded hulls are currently deployed across North and South America, Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, and the Middle East. The 52 Fearless can also be custom built for recreational boaters, too.

All vessels in Metal Shark’s Fearless class feature high-performance, twin-stepped SVVT (stepped vee, ventilated tunnel) hull designs by renowned naval architect Michael Peters. Their outstanding performance, coupled with Metal Shark’s rugged welded aluminum construction, combine to deliver incredible speed, handling, range, and low-maintenance durability. The vessel shown here is equipped with twin diesel engines coupled to Arneson surface drives. The 52 Fearless shown here was part of a fleet built for the US Navy to meet a specific mission profile. In more conventional trim, the 52 Fearless is available in either an open bow or forward cuddy cabin configuration. The vessel features an expansive non-skid cockpit that can be custom configured to suit a wide range of applications and needs, and a crew-friendly layout designed for ease of operation. Grab handles are ideally placed, low-level LED pathway lighting proves helpful during night missions, and an available dive door greatly facilitates water access. The vessel’s wide 11′ 6″ beam allows for maximum versatility and usable cockpit space.

The 52 Fearless is equipped with a large console and integrated welded aluminum top. A tempered glass windshield provides optimum visibility from the helm. The vessel is shown here with side by side shock mitigating seats. Many seating options are available. All controls are placed within easy reach of the operator, reducing the effort required to control the vessel and ultimately lessening the risk of an accident. Inspired features such as these are the result of Metal Shark’s crew-centric design ethic and can be found throughout each Fearless-class offering.
